Terms of Service

By using Radar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Radar provides

Radar indexes restaurant promotions and community suggestions to help users discover nearby offers. Listings are informational. Restaurants control their own prices, availability, eligibility rules, and hours. Markets labeled Limited or Researching may have incomplete geographic coverage; a coverage label is not a guarantee that every local promotion has been indexed.

Offer accuracy

We research offers from linked sources and show verification dates, but deals may change or end without notice. Confirm every offer with the restaurant before ordering or traveling. Radar does not guarantee savings, availability, or a restaurant’s performance.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not submit false listings, impersonate others, scrape or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or use Radar unlawfully. We may moderate submissions and suspend access when necessary.

Community submissions

You grant Radar permission to review, edit, publish, and remove factual deal information you submit. You confirm that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not violate another party’s rights. Feedback and incorrect-deal reports may be reviewed by authorized administrators and retained with an operational audit history.

Sponsored results

Paid or promoted placements are labeled “Sponsored.” Sponsorship may affect placement but does not remove the restaurant’s responsibility for its offer or our ability to review and remove inaccurate information.

Restaurant submissions and claims

A restaurant submission is reviewed as information, not accepted as proof of ownership. Chain participation is verified by branch where possible. Restaurant claim, operator analytics, and self-service tools may require separate verification and terms before access is granted.

Intellectual property

Radar’s branding, software, layout, and original content belong to the service operator. Restaurant names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A listing does not imply sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly labeled.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radar disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or a restaurant offer.

Changes and termination

We may modify features or these terms and may suspend the service or an account to protect users, comply with law, or prevent misuse. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
